I have dined here before because the food is delicious and the prices are relatively less expensive than other restaurants I had visited . Yesterday's visit was pretty much the same result as my prior visits - slow service, food not what ordered, and the more than expected wait until the food is delivered. Yesterday was not different. What I do not understand is why does it take so long to be initially waited on once I'm seated and the long wait for the food to be brought to me since I seen perhaps 4 other tables with patrons. Waitress disclosed she and the others are new (new staffing) and what got me is all they had was decaf coffee. Seriously. Waitress didn't apologize for anything but did ask if I enjoyed myself ... eyes looking left, eyes looking right. I am saying it is not her fault for everything wrong but am saying management should step up/in and correct the wrongs.

Great, consistent breakfast food. Exactly as you’d expect with no frills or unnecessary additions. Specials are good and they have a consistently rotating selection of special menu items. If you’re wondering what you should get for breakfast and can’t decide, this is always a good bet.

The food was so delicious as well. Usually it's pleasant to visit. Looks modern and good looking outside. Inside the store, most of tables were comfortable. I usually visited weekdays and very satisfied. But when we visited the weekend, unfortunately, bad experience in this store. When we arrived at the entrance, a couple of servers in the entrance. They glanced at us but they ignored and start chatting again. We tried to talk to them then finally one of server response to us but her attitude wad " too much hassle". I didn't enjoy the meal at all because the server wasn't a good job for our table. I haven't had any experience like this before. I like their food but I decided to not visit again.
