These people stole 4.97 from my sister today on a gas transaction. It was a simple fix by just resetting the pump so we could pump remainder of gas we paid for. The man there refused and said he couldn't do anything about it when in fact he …Hi Maggie , we spoke to our employee and it appears your sister paid with a debit card. Whatever she didn’t pump before she hung up the hose, according to our employee was 5.07, will go back on her card. She will only be charged for what she actually pumped. There was nothing our employee could do because the remainder of the money she prepaid will go back on her card. Our employee was only doing his job and we didn’t steal any money from anyone. Once again SHE WILL ONLY BE CHARGED FOR WHAT SHE ACTUALLY PUMPED. We are sorry your confused about the credit card process.
