So I go to the truck stop to pick up a handle for my trailer. They said yes we have them over in the shop. I go the shop I stand there for like 5 minutes well two guys are working on the computer two other guys walk in and out nobody address the fact I was alive. So I asked do you have this handle and they said yes. I asked how much it cost he said I don't know. I stand there for another 5 minutes while two other employees walk through and talk talked about jobs road services and then the gentleman running the computer takes two of the guys and they go out in the shop just walk away from me without saying one word to me. I follow them to the shop and told him thanks for your help. Which obviously is sarcasm there's another gentleman standing there leaning over the calendar a customer acting frustrated. He walked out without anyone saying anything to him I had to assume it was the same thing as what they did with me. Terrible customer service!

I have to say by name …. Tarrell , is a mechanic …. Rude attitude, situation, this is a company truck (company pay maintenance) … now he get so frustrated when company takes time and HITTING THE COUNTER….. TOOK 2.5 hrs TO REPLACE 1 BAD TIRE … 😆 MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION (all shifts)
