Called to see if they had a part I saw listed online, I was trying to tell him about the car they have on their lot that says it has the part I need and he kept aggressively interrupting me about the car I had, when I said I didn't know the submodel and to hang on a second while I decode the Vin and look he hung up on me, guess I won't be calling there again

Told me to be there before 5 and they could get my part drive 67 miles got there by 4:59 and refused my service checked to make sure they had my part and then said they where closed by 5:03 said I had to come back tomorrow If you want something from that place you have to be there between 8 to 4:30 the last hour they turn you away they should close by that time if they what to turn you away

Last time I was in there it was $400 for a complete car. Has to have catalytic converter and battery and have an ohio title in you name.
Get the ups tracking # off of them.
Take a lunch..6 to 8 hours for a part even if they say it's on the shelf

I have had a miserable experience dealing with these guys. I drove almost an hour to get there to buy a part for my vehicle. No problem there. So ahead of time they asked me to call so they'd have time to pull the part out for me. When I arrived they told me it wasn't ready yet and it had been well over an hour after I had called. I ended up waiting almost two hours until they finally got it. Come to find later they pulled the wrong part out and sold it to me. So I had to take it back. Once back, they tried to get me another part, the correct one this time but after another half an hour of waiting I made them refund my money and I went elsewhere and received great service.
