Was charged almost $700 for a repair and still wasn't working. Called again and the tech didn't bother replying. Called a 2nd time and now we have to wait until the 17th to have another tech come out to look at the refrigerator again!

I have been working with LG for 20 days trying to get my refrigerator fixed. I specifically needed a technician that could do closed system repairs. LG was having a hard time finding a technician in my area and asked if I could make some calls and send them some possible companies they could work with. When I called Sears I explained that I wasn't making an appointment because I was working with a warranty but wanted to know if they did closed system repairs. The lady started asking me for my personal information and I again reminded her that my warranty company had to make the appointment. She got upset at that point and told me I was wasting her time and told me to never call back.
