Clean facility, "AND CLEAN HIS/HERS RESTROOM." Nothing broken or neglected, all machines, carts, and tables in "like new" condition. If you tend to have your arms full, you're going to love the 5' wide automatic sliding door on your way in. On your way out, the door is automatic, but with a large enough push button from the inside (on the left door jam) to activate the door with a simple tap of your hand, elbow, or shoulder, depending on your height. "Best of all, this laundry facility is open 24/7." In my line of work, I travel the Lower 48 constantly, and now have a favorite laundromat - Lake Effect. P.S. - I absolutely love these dryers! Especially the really big, huge ones for very large loads, sleeping bags, and such. Why more coin-op laundry facilities don't use this brand, I do not know. American Dryer Corp, these are the best!

Dryers take longer than usual to dry clothes. Not enough folding tables there. It is kept clean and the cost is comparable.

This place is terrible I went there to wash my cloths and the dryers were terrible. Didn’t even dry my cloths and when the heat kicked on on the one dryer after 1 hr of drying my cloths it ended up burning my cloths and I have to get all new cloths and blankets.
