Oh My Goodness! Where do I begin!!! A very long story short, I needed a ponytail piece because my hair was wacked and the man that works in the back, where all the hair is located, named Barry took one look at me and suggested a tail that matched me perfectly. Needless to say, I am now a proud owner of 2 ponytails and a human hair wig. All purchased on different days!

Dear customer thanks for reaching us, This is the answer to your question: 1. We always Wear a mask, and ask customers to wear mask as well. 2. We Clean our hands regularly using Hand Sanitizer, and also provide hand sanitizer to customers who are inside the store. 3. We are always enforcing physical distance between customers. 4. We sanitize and disinfect our store constantly to provide safety to our clients. 5. We have installed a glass panel to keep the distance between the customer and the cash register. 6. For no reason we allow customers to try wigs, hair extensions, ponytails, this due Covid-19 restrictions. 7. No Returns on wigs, hair extensions, ponytails, scissors, nail polishes, makeups, and absolutely any product that can stay in contact with the skin or scalp won't be able to be returned. 8. Due Covid-19 restrictions we won't provide makeup testers to customers.
