They were letting me walk away with someone else's dog!! My first & last time going there, I walk in & there was a filipino lady being super aggressive with one dog she was grooming & there were these other dogs crying up against a wall tied to it. One of the dogs broke loose from the chains & jumped over the swinging door & almost BOLTED OUT of the place if it wasn't for another customer walking into the shop that interfered the escape con! That was my first sign, i should've just walked away, but after i got a call my dog was ready, they had me pay only 60, which i thought was super super cheap considering my big girl & then they bring me someone else's dog & walked away. Then i told her "EXCUSE me, this is not my dog" & she has the nerve to say it is the one i brought in?!! Uhhh no. I point out to mine & when they bring me her, she is limping, & they said that she hurt herself with one of the chains that got stuck around her leg!! Ooooh i was so mad!!! & then they charge me $120 more!!! So a total of 180! Seriously? When i dropped her off we had agreed 140. Im never bringing my sweet girl ever near that awful place.
