The store and the products have changed a lot over the years I walked in there and they were selling TVs which caught me off guard. I kind of miss the dollar bin section where I could find these old cheap games, The employees I think deserve a much better pay for what they do.

They should be open, its probable they are short staffed and too busy handling in store to answer calls

No, youd have to contact the manufacture since this is not gamestops fault if you had for a week your under full responsibilty
They do have parts but you have to call ahead to see if they have it in stock. If they don't they can order it for you.
