I can only speak for myself, a 47-year-old getting back into skating after a long hiatus, but this park accommodates my needs as someone that is working themselves back up to tricks that used to be second nature. There are ledges of varying sizes for me to re-learn nose slides or lipslides, transitions of varying heights that show I don't feel as comfortable doing frontside turns as I used to. And it seems to stay cool during hot days as it has well placed shade trees and surrounding grass. All in all, it's a well planned and fun place to skate, even when your body says otherwise.

Cool place to skate but not at night time if you have kids. To many twikers at night time.
