Attire is Desert Business Casual. Most of the clientele whenever I've eaten there has been dressed (season appropriate of course) for example: men in khaki pants and a button down shirt. The shirt either long or short sleeve depending on the weather as well as a nice pair of shorts instead of pants during the hotter months. One of the things I love about the Coachella Valley is almost anything works when put together. Such an eclectic mix of residents and visitors. The food is wonderful at the Steakhouse. If you like pork then you must try their pork chop. It's the most tender, flavorful, and juicy pork chop that I've ever had. Also their bone in rib eye (looks like something out of the Flinstones cartoon) and their filet mignon are incredible. Actually everything I've tried on their menu had been delicious.
