Just needed a new power cable for my phone charger. Went in, bought it, then walked right out. Quick stop on my lunch break. Ever since Circuit City and Frye's closed all it's stores, Best Buy became THE place to get all your gadgets and then some. Unless you want to use dark lord Amazon... I think going to a brick and mortar store is cool.

I purchased a phone case & covering for the face part. Sorry i can't remember the name🙂. But i tried calling yesterday to congratulate the associates! To their manager, due to their perfect customer service!... they are Martha, Olga, and Alex. In the time that we are living in! With the world so unkind, it's a breath of fresh air to be helped with such kind people!... thank you 3!. This was the Glendora best buy...

Before you're allowed to go in they do a pre-screening. They also ask you what department you need help in so they can direct you to the area since they are low on staff. All of the employees wear face coverings and they wipe down the counters at the checkouts after every customer. Overall I think they're doing a great job and trying to keep the public healthy.

Call and speak with the Geek Squad. If it is under warranty, it shouldn't cost anything, but if not then the diagnostic cost will be applied to the repair cost.
I think so. I dont see why not. They do have a restocking fee. Make sure to ask about their restocking fees.
