I was extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service. Staff were very attentive wet above and beyond by assisting me since I recently had a C-Section and answering all my questions. Great prices, vast selection tons of opportunities for investment. I would highly recommend shopping 🛍 here at the San Ysidro Goodwill Outlet. Lastly Bathrooms are always kept nice and clean I am really happy and grateful with the customer service. The customer service reps were super friendly, professional, answered all my questions and assisted me as I recently had a C-section. I recommend you and come and invest here at your friendly Goodwill Outlets in San Ysidro where you will always find something special. By the way the bathrooms are always clean.

Where do I start? I’ve been coming here for a while but recently prices went from $1 to $1.25. It might not seem like a lot, but those 25¢ do add up. Now, I don’t understand the reason for checking tags on clothes when checking out. Do the employees get anything out of it? Why does it matter? Either way, all the clothes end up at the bins, right before getting sent to a landfill. I don’t understand why the workers here care so much about what brand a shirt or sweater is. I also don’t understand why pants are over $3. Same with lingerie and corsets. Why do they hike up the price? At the end of the day, they ended up at a donation facility, a CLEARANCE one at that. I’m friends with a lot of people that shop here and we all agree that $3 is just not worth it for some items and decide to leave it. I don’t know why they’d rather be greedy and charge an unreasonable amount for a 1) used item, 2) stained/teared piece when they could’ve just charged 1.25 and call it a day. Now they’re stuck with something and have no money. I just don’t think it’s reasonable to care so much about certain items. Who cares if they’re “unique”. They ended up at the last resort and if it wasn’t for us, they’d be in a landfill. If you’re going to up charge might as well charge everything for the same price it does not make any sense to have different pricing for certain items. I’ve been to other outlet stores where they don’t care about what brands or items you have, you get what you get then pay. And that’s how it should be. This company is a multi billion dollar company yet they wanna charge almost retail for certain items. Goodwill relies on our money, if they keep taking advantage of us we will unionize and stop going. It’s insane to be taking advantage of people, especially people with small businesses who rely on their small business to survive.
