can usually get in and out of here without delay and without interacting with any person. it's super convenient to you just go on to the right locker and scan your code then your designated locker opens up automatically for your and your grab your stuff and your can happily go on your merry way. feels like the future to me bonus points for not having to talk to anyone!

Busy place .Evident the staff are stressed and work 😞 The way the 2 of them ripping off the cartons with disdain and noisily applying the cellophane tapes with a grimace ; all too much for me to witness. you can also print your return at the Amazon Irvine location as well as there are usually people there to help you with your return or pickup
They also have some supplies available to help with packaging. Best scenario is to bring the box or bag it came in, but you can also use any other box or packaging.
Yes you log into your account at the kiosk And it will print the label for you
It is inside the locker. You pull the code up on your phone and scan it and which ever one the order has been placed in will pop open for you to grab it.
They open at 9 am and close at 9 pm.
