Very disappointed with this LaQuinta location. It took 3/4 day to get in touch with anyone from Parts to get a quote for many items needed for my Elantra. I was essentially bounced around to voice mail boxes that were full & when I finally did speak with the person in charge, he asked for my Vin # and was actually quite rude and said he can’t assist me with availability & pricing until tomorrow morning, which did not happen. I went out of my way to the Palm Springs location and had an order placed within 10 minutes and had a professional experience all around!

Julio Corona is amazing. He went above and beyond to accommodate my purchase. Long story short. I had to drive 2200 miles for a family emergency. I needed to take my elderly father's dog to live with me (lost vision in eye). I was able to find the PERFECT used Tucson. Ask for Julio!

Had an oil change scheduled for 8:45 am and got there about 15-20 minutes early to get checked in. I usually take my car to the Palm Springs dealer but they are booked and the earliest available time was over 3 weeks. The service advisor told it will be ready in about a hour and a half. I walked over to Walmart to get something to drink and snack on. Anyway I waited almost 3 hours for just an oil change, nothing else. Not to mention while my car was getting serviced I was receiving panic alerts on my Hyundai bluelink app. There is absolutely no reason it should take 3 hours to have the oil changed. No reason whatsoever.

Since this location sells Genesis they might. Best to call in advance and check.
Usually check engine lights come on for emission related issue. One reason the light comes on is a loose or faulty fuel cap. Ensure your tightening the cap after fueling. You can also go to places like AutoZone and they will scan the car for free and give you the code that is causing the engine light to come on. Google the code and see what is causing the problem and get it fixed 👍
I keep taking my 2017 Elantra back for front end brake noises. Cheap cars make cheap noises is what I've come away with.
