The staff is amazing and is very helpful, I have had a great experience with West side pet hospital. With out these lovely ladies, traveling with my pet out of the country would not be possible. The most awesome pet hospital ever.

The girls were awesome and professional , vet came out and told everything about my little angel was doin and prices were fair, also it was nice to get an appointment within a couple of days and also wasn't told we don't Take any new patients! So five stars all the way 💯

Although I was a little disappointed I couldn’t go in the vet with my puppy for the first time, it was a great experience. They said the vet would call me when she was looking at my puppy but she came out and talk to me to give me reassurance of what was happening as I’ve never been a pet owner before. My dog loved everyone there and was actually disappointed when they brought him back to the car. The vet was very informational and comforting with her responses to all of my questions even if they seem like dumb questions. Definitely my new primary vet.

Always friendly and have been reliable for emergencies DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Prices have seemed fair for the area and I've never been worried about the care they provide for my precious ridiculous huskies and "Her Highness" our cat Alley 😂 Thank you!!! Unfortunately after hours, your best bet in an emergency is VCA Asher off hilltop. If it's a weekend I've been told the closest help is in Chico. If I am incorrect please let me know.
