Horrible room, and what’s more sad is that it’s in a very nice area. Blow dryer didn’t work. We chose to stay here because it was close to the Irvine Improv. Dead roaches (water bugs) in bathroom. Floor was super dirty & no toilet paper. I had to call front desk to get some. I did not enjoy my stay at all. So sad that I had to leave this review because I never leave reviews. This place needs some improvements.

*BED BUGS* Room was pretty gross, and not cleaned before us. Cabinets and bathroom were dirty, and a previous visitors items were still in the cabinets. Most upsettingly was the way a front desk person yelled at my sister when she found bed bugs in her room. They have a mattress cover but there were further signs of bed bugs on the bed skirt.

If I could give zero stars I would as it was the WORST hotel stay ever. If you did not catch the "Extended" that means they have long term residence in the hotel. We were up all night to a woman screaming profanity, music blaring, we were bumped from the first location because they overbooked and move to the Lake Forest one. We had to change rooms at 2:30am in the morning. Had to call 911 for the police to arrive and still they did nothing about the RESIDENT. Do not stay here. Horrible experience, terrible mattress. We had a party of 4 and 1 set of towels given to us. Just horrible all around.

Positive: Location is great. Super close fwy access and Starbucks and 711 are directly nextdoor which is totally convenient.i liked that if felt more like a little apt than a hotel. They don't ask for a security deposit either Negative: Some of the rooms and appliances are atleast 30 years old and don't work well.tv is small.
