I took my tablet to D&R because it wouldn't start. The tech told me that my tablet probably needed a new screen. Two weeks later, (No one called me) I went to D&R to check on my tablet and was told it was unrepairable. The tech handed me a my tablet with a smashed screen. I asked him how the screen got smash, and the tech said that he would have to ask the tech who worked on the tablet to find out what happened. The tech of course was not there (the old BS runaround) No offer of a refund or apology, just an "I could care less" attitude. So I ended up with a tablet that's in worst condition then when I first took it to them. I wouldn't trust the people at D&R to even put a screen protector on any device I own. They're workmanship is unreliable and destructive

I absolutely recommend this place. Had a problem with a cracked phone. They replaced it. And when I brought it home it was acting erratic and unpredictable. I posted not a such a pleasant review. And they responded within minutes of my post. And told me to bring it back. They fixed it for Free of charge. And so far it's working fine with no problems. Once again thank you very much Justin at D&R Elevtronix Cell phone repair. You have the best customer service. I definitely will be taking my phone for here for all my phone ect. Electronic needs. And I willl definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family to come here.

I highly do not recommend it. I got my phone [iPhone 12] fixed there a few weeks ago, It didn't come out so great. My phone did have a cracked screen and wasn't able to see anything. So it got fixed and when I got home, I realized I couldn't turn on my Bluetooth (to connect my AirPods), and even the Wi-fi toggle. Other things I realized were my flashlight and my rear camera not working (when I open the camera, you can see through it as a blurred vision, and then the whole app freezes; at least my front camera still works). With all that being said, this phone was really messed up even though it fell off my counter which was only a few feet from the ground. I think the repair was too overpriced, about $240 plus tax, and I was not expecting that because where I come from, repair shops will charge you less than $100 doesn't matter what condition your phone is and the model. And no, I didn't go back to fix the other damages because I know they will charge me extra. I will never go back here again
