Booked a hair appointment for partial highlights two weeks in advance and when I got there I waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for hairdresser to tell me she wouldn’t have time to do it although I called the salon department twice and explained to them what I wanted and they said it was doable. I’m sure it wasn’t the stylists fault but there needs to be better communication within the salon department because I wasted my time when I could’ve booked somewhere else.
