SHOULD BE ZERO STARS! DO NOT CALL! WASTE OF TIME!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I called for service for my snow blower. Waited for 2+ weeks because that's the only time available. The night before, they sent me an email to confirming my appointment on 2/16/2021. Waited the half a day and no call. Called them only to find out they rescheduled my appointment to a different day WITHOUT INFORMING ME! I took a day off of work because there window is 8a-5pm, and did not have the courtesy to inform me that they rescheduled me. I might as well sue sears for lost wages!
