Drivers apparently don't know the rules of the road. PEDESTRIANS always have the right away. Too many people blow the stop signs here. Very poor designing

Hi, Is the Goodwill store closing? They aren’t accepting furniture as of November 1st, they aren’t using bags anymore, their shelves aren’t as fully stocked, and they don’t play music anymore.
