These people suck! Their dishonest, and use the following conditions of use to take advantage of those who are living there. I have myself; have experiences with this, to the point of being charged for my service dog, and told I cannot Go into room's that aren't for Pet's! Also have had them continue to tell me to leave! I rented from them for 4 months, paying full price! Always cleaned my room top to bottom! Helped others, and am very well liked by many of the tenants. They once told me Finally, that the reason why they don't want me there, is because I visit to many people! THEIR ALWAYS HARASSING me about visiting. Even though I have seen that the fact that I am helping people is acknowledge that this is known. There WIFI SUCKS, THE ICE MACHINE DOESN'T WORK ALLOT, AND YOUR LUCKY IF YOU CAN GET A ROOM WITH THE FRIDGE &/OR MICROWAVE! NOT TO MENTION. THEY DON'T CLEAN THE ROOM'S LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO! AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE THE TOILET PAPER...
