If you ever consider ordering from ColourPop Cosmetics DON'T. READ REVIEWS! Let me tell you why. This is my review. On December 28, 2021 I placed an order for 275.30 to be exact. I was trying to do something nice for our trip in September 2022 for the girls! The order which consisted of mostly eye shadow pallets (24 pallets) Where I go,He goes set x1 Crush pallets x2 The Mandalorian Collection x1 Limoncello x2 Feeling Bubbly x3 Going Coconuts x3 Plush like me x3 Off Melrose x5 So Very Lovely x2 On Wed January 5, 2022 I received my first box. I was excited, because they said all of the items were shipped. Well there were only 3 pallets in the box. which they say weighed 9lbs. clearly not. So I emailed them and they said they would ship out the missing items. mind you (21 eye shadows) So I received my 2nd box on Saturday January 8, 2022 only to be 1 item in the box, the mirror for the Mandalorian set. The box had a weight of 7lbs. Which it clearly did not weight. I have video of me opening the 2nd box. see photos. These boxes clearly are too small and with the bubble wrap 21 eye shadows would not fit. I have contacted them yet again, and they are trying to justify it by how much it cost to send out. $10.95 would not cover the cost to send 21 pallets out. They refuse to mail me my items or a refund. I will be reporting them to BBB. PLEASE HELP ME BY SHARING THIS. I find it difficult to rate this company 1 star. I completely agree with all people saying that the customer service is horrible, because it is. The product (at least the eye shadows), however, are amazing. This is what brought me to give them two stars. I have only gotten in with customer service to ask them if they had a specific eye shadow or if it was coming back in stock. The only answers they gave me were: "subscribe to our newsletter!" and "use our filter search bar!". This is obviously something I had already done.. so the customer service js just absolutely useless..

As with all of those with their shipping issues, I have the same issue. I really can't add to what everyone has said because it is so terrible. Please do not support this company anymore. Their horrible business practice is not worth the cheap makeup. I will not be making this mistake again.
