I will definitely share my experiences at Lakeview pines mobile home park. They are hiding under the name Big Bear Mobile estates, because of all the shady stuff they do . I can't go into more detail right now, but I will tell you that they literally stole my home. I am 82 yrs old. Ihad lived there peacefully for 18 yrs. Because I am not letting this go I can not go into detail.. but I will keep you posted.

You cant do full time at this park. They only do 6 months max. 650 plus electric, which was ridiculous rates. Nice park, but expensive. Therez nother down by Boulder Bay cheaper, not sure of time limit. There is one in Lucerne Valley, no time limit, electric qualifies for discount if you are senior.
