Very disappointed , October 10,2022… October 11,2022 , I’m still waiting on a approval for my he RX and no authorization has been sent to HEB in Corpus Christi, Tx.. I have spoken to different people including management as, I waited in Round Rock till 5:30 pm without no meds. I called this morning on Tuesday 11, 2022 for the status since , I told the female pharmacy tech to have my meds deliver to Corpus October 11,2022 and it was bypass according to LLOYD, he was going to process the delivery tomorrow on October 12,2022… WHY?? I called the DOL to see what pharmacy I can use and HEB in Corpus was elected. I spoke to a female that received all information as she emailed to have the prescription sent to HEB@ 9:00 am and as of right now October 11,2022 @3:17pm nothing has been processed or authorized. This has impacted me as a patient and I’m very disappointed with the outcome. We make errors but it’s a constant repetitive situation especially in February when, I had surgery. I was without medication for 3 days as, I kept calling and never resolved as I was having side affects with chest pains and trouble breathing and I was forced to take what was prescribed since, I never had a callback. Very disappointed 😢 to the owner; if you feel that enough wasn’t done, your right. My prescriptions were not sent to HEB after 5 pm which I called over and over to get the prescription sent to HEB.. I called at 8am 9am , I received a call from upper in command as she stated the Doc wanted to speak to me but no incoming calls. . Did I receive my meds, NO… I hope to fill my meds tomorrow Wednesday, October 12, 2022

Very poor administrative work. Wanted me to come back into the office to sign forms that I did not complete as they don’t have any digital options. That would be understandable if they handed you 2-3 forms when you arrive but instead they hand you a stack of 50 pages and expect you to complete it all before your appointment.
