Most people care about their pay. These people care about the pets

Nearly impossible to get an appointment. Online booking has never functioned and I have to call. Half the time there is no vet on-site or they simply aren't open during stated hours.

If this is the one in Wasco? Very good! Helped my oldest, Chole, with dental I and now is much better and gaining weight. Helped Gracie with dental and is much better.

I was just calling to make an appointment which would of only taken 5min tops but they left me on hold for 30min so I just hung up after that. Tried calling back and got told the store was closed by an answering machine. Which means that they answered me and then left me on hold and then closed the store. Very Very disappointed in this banfield.

Hi Evelyn - Thanks for reaching out! We do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same-day appointments. We always recommend calling the team to discuss your pet's needs. Making an appointment would allow time for our team to prepare for your visit and reduce your wait time. If you’re not sure your pet needs to come in and you’re an Optimum Wellness Plan client, you can also ask pet health questions 24/7 via Vet Chat in the Banfield app.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
No. They dont take payment. But the pet plan the have is pretty reasonable. In the long run you do save alot.
Hi Becky - Call the hospital to arrange a time to scan your pet's chip. This will provide the id number and the phone number for the chip company you'll need to update your info.
Apply for a Care Credit card. If you pay it off in 6 to 12 months it charges no interest.
