They did not seem interested in helping people. Waited to check in for an oil change. When the guy did acknowledge me I said I was there to get an oil change. He started counting the cars in the parking lot and then said it will be an hour to 2 hours. I said okay do you need my name or anything. He just said no. I just left as I could tell it wasn't going to get done that day. He counted 5 cars before mine.

I've been critical of this locale in the past, but today they redeemed themselves with exceptional customer service. I really felt valued as a customer. Hopefully this is a good omen! Shoutout to Jeremy.

Today was a bit of a disappointment at jiffy lube on south street in Pittsfield. I was recommended a spark plug replacement. When I got home my husband told me it isn’t needed until 100,00 miles. I have 79,000. I was charged $249.00 and an additional $149.00 and $18.99 more for “shop supplies”. You should know you might be misrepresented in the final price you are quoted as well as their idea of necessity of services your vehicle may need.
