The bike shop crew took in a couple of bikes from long-time storage that were dusty, had various issues and suffered from general malaise. From the get-go I was impressed with their knowledge and quick assessment of the bikes so I'd have a pretty good idea of what the repair would cost. Turn-around time was less than a week and the final cost was considerably lower than the repair estimate. That kind of service, with transparency and integrity goes a long way in building customer trust and loyalty. There is a great selection of biking accessories and the staff is friendly and helpful in sifting through all the options.

You can find some great low prices here and items that you can not find a lot of other places short of Lowes and Home Depot.. Always you can have good to great personal customer service here even when they are busy here...friendly too...!
