If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. What an absolute terrible experience all around. My brother stayed here for the NCAA baseball regionals. He left his wallet behind (completely his mistake). He called the next morning and was told that it would be shipped out ASAP. Not only did the manger not call us back after WEEKS went by and the wallet wasn’t returned. It took us calling Hilton after a month had gone by to make contact with a manager who had been there the entire time. AND money was missing from his wallet upon return. I truly cannot believe how awful this hotel is. The only positive to this experience was the woman at the front desk who was left to deal with all of this because her managers are unreliable and can’t do their job.

I wouldn’t even give this hotel a rating. Our stay was horrible actually we didn’t even stay I checked in at 3pm and checked out at 8pm. Let me start with saying the room looked clean upon arrival. After liking more clearly the bathroom was disgusting, I don’t think it was even cleaned. Pee was all over the back of the toilet and filthy marks all over the walls and door. Then my daughter cut her toe open on the tile by stubbing it and when she showed me where she hit her toe on the tile I found a PILL on the floor. Clearly these rooms are not properly clean. I am so disappointed in the way this hotel is managed. My advice is to not stay here or if you do bring some cleaning supplies.

Positive: Nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was great. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! Negative: Location is convenient, but definitely not picturesque. Sliding door on bathroom is a weird choice¿no real privacy.

Good price. Pleasant staff. Convenient to the university. Free breakfast as good as some diners; nice options. Overall, a good stay and clean, pleasant facility. Will definitely be back. Issues... Thermostat is not adjustable. Room was hot. Nice rooms... barn door on the bathroom is a novel idea... but ill fitting... make sure you turn up the TV if you're 'doing your business' and someone else is in the room. One other deficiency... no outlets on one side of each bed. Inconvenient for charging and having access to phone, laptop, etc. Credit for their stellar attention to room cleaning between customers.
