Loved the recliner but a few spots found after delivery in very inconspicuous places not immediately visible. Contacted company immediately but had to hold off on getting someone out to look at issue. Upon return to WPB I used the cleaner purchased with the chair and was able to lighten two very small spots. Because the chair wasn’t perfect I can’t give 5 stars ⭐️. The comfort is exceptional but quality a slight miss.

Sectional couch was delivered without power chord to one of the side loungers. Driver called the service department and was told that they would set up an appointment. No Call I tried three times and got no where. HELP!

I am very upset with this delivery, firstly the guys who do the delivery are not careful and broke one of the decorations on the wall that was in the bedroom, then when they started to assemble the furniture they realized that all the hardware were missing, this delivery was Saturday, the company rep. told me that they could not send the missing part until the next Tuesday, I explained her that I already gotten rid of the previous furniture so I won't have a bed to sleep for 3 days and this is their total responsibility, she said basically that there is nothing that she could do. This is quite UNACCEPTABLE, particularly for this company. De only goods thing was that Delivery was on time

Delivery personnel were the best very nice and careful professional
