City Furniture is a complete rip off! After two failed deliveries I’m coming to write this review. I bought and paid for in full a table from them for over a $1,000. I still haven’t received the table, a refund, or been told when my table is coming. Today I was scheduled to have my table delivered between 2-5 at 4:30 I hadn’t heard from anyone so I reached out to customer service. Not only was customer service EXTREMELY rude they were unhelpful. The first person assured me the delivery was coming. The second time I called they said the driver wasn’t answering the phone and they had turned off the trucks tracking. The third person I spoke to told me the delivery had been canceled. And finally the fourth person I spoke to said that my order was never on the truck to begin with. City Furniture is a total scam!! Not only did they lie about my order they were nasty and rude. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!! I will definitely be contacting the BBB and possibly filing a police report since they took my money and never delivered what I paid for!

This place is a joke. So called manager (Logan highman) says he is not in position to resolve issues and pretty much told me sorry we lied to you but it’s not “city furnitures” problem. Completely disrespectful and rude. I would avoid this place like the plague unless you want wrong orders, broken furniture and to be treated with disrespect. Will be dealing with my credit card company next as I payed for broken and not received items.

Hi! All employees are wearing face masks, practicing 6 feet social distancing between themselves and guests, and all furniture is sanitized before and after our guests test them out. We require all guests to wear a protective face mask to enter the building and we ask that you practice safety measures such as social distancing as well. Thank you!
I'm sure you would need to call them directly for something like that. Google maps is not viewed, managed, or edited by most businesses. A community of contributors (like me) are the ones who manage and do the editing to google maps. But if you wish, please post your address, credit card number, social security number, and mothers maiden name, on here and I'm sure someone will be at your house late at night tonight. Because, that is basically what you are asking when you ask a question on google maps!
Just watch them lime a hawk. I won't go into detail but double check your bill and make sure they don't try to over charge you or screw you over. Both me and my mother had issues with them. Would recommend going elsewhere.
