I ordered takeout during this visit. My first time trying this place. The food was great. We just came in at a very busy time, unfortunately. We were told by the hostess to stand at the counter to place our takeout orders, but we were standing there for at least 10-15 minutes before someone took our order. Maybe even longer. Lots of people walking around behind the counter, but nobody really acknowledged us until quite a bit of time had passed. I understand that it was busy, but I think they might need to rethink their strategy when helping customers at the counter. I felt a bit ignored. Made me wish I had tried to order the food online instead. Besides that, the cook time they told us after ordering the food was pretty on-the-nose and the food was good.

A question best reserved for the wait staff. They'll check for you. From experience, there is always a chance for cross contamination but that just goes with the territory of eating in any restaurant. Ideally they make sure to help you to the best of their abilities.
