Placed an order on our first night here during the busy season. I know delivery takes awhile and it isn't really a big deal because I knew this when I called. They gave us a delivery time of 80-90 minutes, no problem. It came earlier and I was pleased. The driver, was very nice! Very nice. The lady who took our order was nice as well. She explained the driver only carries 20's, she told us there was a delivery fee, no problem because I know gas is high and some people just don't tip. The customer service was great. We ordered the special with the stuffed crust pepperoni, and the one topping pizza. I think it was 24.99. We decided to try the spicy pepperoni roll and we added a 2 liter of soda. The stuffed crust pizza and the pepperoni roll were not done. It was really doughy, the cheese pizza was good. I wasn't calling to complain, return the food, or get new food. The kids were hungry so the cheese pizza was gone in 5 minutes. In a time where money is tight, and gas is expensive this was a bargain. I wish it would have been done because I do love poppa John's. But I just wanted to give a good review to our driver and the woman who took our order. They did great.

So these geniuses apparently cannot understand an order correctly, my 12 year old daughter is highly allergic to gluten and we specified this a few times on the call….. after spending 4 and a half hours in the emergency room with our child papa Johns customer service team could have cared less about the issue and while the store was still open no one answers the phone to explain the issue we called the corporate number only to get a team clearly not based in the US and have them say sorry for the experience can we fix the pizza? Most disgusting display of humanity that I have ever seen. Steer clear of this company especially in ocean city Maryland.

On the Saturday night of June 25th the Ocean City location near 35th street was in utter shambles. The management rolled his eyes as I waited silently for 100 plus minutes for a pick up order of only 2 medium 1 topping pizzas. They took my payment and I had to call an Uber for a friend because I was stuck dealing with the incompetence at Papa John's. The management was shouting at the lobby full of people as if he was giving a public address. To paraphrase he wanted to be left alone. As far as I am concerned this place no longer exists.

First, it was 30 mins late which usually is not a big deal but when he came to door he didn’t ask if we wanted change because we only had 20s. Then when we opened our pizza it was all smushed together and the pizza wasn’t cooked. It was terrible. Do not recommend
