Large rooms, convenient location, clean. Pet friendly for a pretty stiff fee ($75 per stay). Breakfast decent for a free hotel breakfast. Staff was super nice. My only complaints are the shower head is awful. Water is very hard. And the carpets in the pet friendly rooms are always dampish. Not great to walk on. All in all, good place to stay and I’ll stay again.

Great staff. Room was clean and housekeeping staff were wonderful. Check in was easy. Nice gym.Breakfast is included. Easy access to local shops and expressways. Highly recommend this location.

I was very impressed with the customer service and the friendly welcome I received upon arrival. My room is spacious and clean and has a hip slightly different vibe than other Hampton properties. Thank you very much

Absolutely atrocious service; the staff and manager should be ashamed of themselves for making the experience miserable from beginning to end. My husband had the misfortune of staying here for a business trip, during which he and his colleagues were forced to sit and wait for SIX HOURS (postponing the drive home to VA by at least that long) because the front desk didn't have the authority to split room costs between two credit cards and the manager couldn't be bothered to help at all until nearly evening after a 9-am checkout time. Even when making our reservation, we were hung up on multiple times - despite having not finished receiving our information. Completely unhelpful, disrespectful, and a massive waste of time. We will absolutely never be staying here again and would heavily discourage others from doing so either.
