Unfortunately, if you have a permit to sell fruit, I think that the permits are not very expensive and it is better that you have your permit because if the police catch you, the fine can be very expensive and you will have to get the permit as well.

Erma is correct. All the Bakersfield spray parks run from 1 to 6 p.m. every day from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend unless there are mechanical issues.
