I went yesterday around 7pm to pick up an order that the app told me would be ready at 6:58pm. When I got there only 2 of the 7 drinks were ready, granted they were busy so I understand and was not upset but 10 minutes passed by and the rest of the drinks are still not ready and my order had been placed at 6:51pm. When I asked one of the employes if the drinks were coming up she rudely said they were working on them. By that time I was a bit irritated but stayed quiet and waited as I saw multiple people come in and order and get there orders within a few minutes was frustrating.... 20 minutes after the time my drinks were supposed to be ready they called me up to the pick up window and I had 7 drinks and they only gave me one drink carrier when I asked an employee for one she just looked at me and dropped one next to the drinks without saying a word and walked away. To top it all off 2 of the drinks I had ordered were made wrong and different than what I had ordered on the app.
