It was a beautiful hotel the rooms were very clean it was nice and quiet very friendly staff great location to McDonald's Headquarters where I had leadership training it was all a great experience the only thing that I didn't like at all is no hot tub or pool available my whole stay

If I could give no stars I would. Kathy and the front desk were so UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!! I was told to leave and never come back by the front desk staff. Their website advertises a hot tub, pool, and fireplace patio. NONE of them were open. They claim that they have been close for months and we’re not advertised online. That is incorrect because I pulled up their website to show them that it says that all are available. That is when the manager came out Kathy and told me to leave and never come back to a country Inn and suites. We called corporate and got a refund and chose to stay elsewhere.

The nice thing about this place is the location to the freeway and ice arena. Otherwise it is not a good experience. The room was decent, but it is a noisy hotel. We did not help with bringing a hockey team, but it would be noisy no matter what. The pool was not open and they do not communicate that during the time of booking. Doesn't seem like it ever will be based on what was visible. This was the most shocking thing to hear in Wisconsin. You can not have an adult beverage in the lounge area. Since there is nothing on site a couple parents came down to discuss a dinner plan and a few of them had a beer in hand. The lady at the counter asked if everyone signed 2 forms when they checked in? Then we would know there is no tolerance for alcohol in public areas. I understand this may have been an issue before, but this was just a couple people casually talking about taking the noisy kids out of here. I mean we were trying to help them since the pool was closed. I would value some nicer people and better communication over the pool, but this place seems like they want it to be empty. Very strange, but I don't recommend going here, but your miles may vary.

Our visit was plesant and relaxing. The hotel was clean and quiet. The only complaint I have is that the morning front desk person when I was in the lobby area was seen wearing ripped jeans which I do not find professional. Other than that, even with the pool and hot tub closed, it was a great experience.
