I wish I could give it 0 star!!! Friday is my husband's birthday, and I ordered an ice cream cake on Tuesday(three days ahead). When I went to pick up on Friday, the girl told me they didn't receive the order until just now, therefore, there is no cake for me. She said she will issue me a refund, but only the owner can do it, the owner didn't answer the phone tho. I asked her for a proof but she said she couldn't provide me. I left the store with no cake and no refund!!!

Super unprofessional young crew. Laughing and playing the whole time. I had to repeat my order 4x.. Not to mention AC leaking all over the floor
