When you call ahead to see if you’re prescription is ready you’ll be hold for 20 plus minutes and when they finally answer you get low tier customer service. On top of my prescription being sent over at 11 am and not being able to wait on hold 20 minutes to speak to a rep. When I finally got off and went to get my meds at 4:30 DORA was rude as ever and asked me to come back in an hour. When I tried to call a head again to make sure my prescription was ready before wasting more gas I was on hold for 25 minutes and she was the same rude pharmacist to answer. Also she was rude and unprofessional when I picked up my meds and made it very obvious that she was talking about me while was waiting for my prescription to be filled. I should’ve…. Never mind

I can see why this store has 2.7 rating! Ugh you call to speak to someone in the pharmacy and all they do is answer put you on hold and have you wait over 30 minutes and still no one comes to the phone to help you out!! Get it together people!!!
