Gave them a kitchen layout with all the measurements than they changed one cabinet on it. They assembled them all shipped to the job site. When i figured that they changed a cabinet from w2130 to w1830 i returned it. Now they want to charge 25% restocking fee.

Brand new bathroom cabinet. Bottom drawer fell off its rails so it sits crooked. The rail system is so flimsy and complicated. It is overdesigned and cheap. Not a good combination. I built my own airplane and built my own house and had difficulty figuring out why the rails were so difficult to fix. They are designed for easy assembly but not for maintenance or fixing. The drawers are hard to open to get the soft close to work. Avoid.
