Place my order at the Starbucks across this one by mistake. I when to the drive through . Ask to talk to the manager to see they can help so don’t need to go to the other Starbucks. I ask to talk to the manager Darry said he was the manager he didn’t have a name tag so don’t know if it was true his clothes where dirty. I didn’t want to drive to the other Starbucks. So I ask if I can buy it there not care if I pay again. He turned his eyes back and said if you want to order you need to come inside. I just have a operation have my kids with me and didn’t said anything because didn’t wanted my kids to see more of this guy bad customer service. Never have to deal with a person like this on a Starbucks before.

I ordered tall white Chocolate Mocha Coffee ☕ cup was 1/4 filled taste nasty spent full value Did it twice after complaint still was wrong I just left the location unhappy Had been traveling for 4 hours on road trip had to get gas ⛽ station Coffee which was pleasing

There were 3 people behind the counter working but the priority was obviously for the people in the drive through. Going in to the shop there was a ~5 min wait between taking each customer’s orders as the food was being made for people outside. There were only 3 groups of single individuals or couples inside, it wouldn’t have been hard to take everyone’s orders at once or closer together. If you are going to come I would 100% recommend doing the drive through since they’ll be forced to efficiently take your order

The worst Starbucks employees who are rude for no reason, condescending and mess up your orders. The employees go out of their way to disrespect you which I have never felt at a Starbucks before. Or even any coffee shop before. Do not waste your money coming here. Worst experience getting coffee of my life.
