I have similar food allergies. When I went there with friends, I was concerned..what I did and what you can also do, is ask specificly what the ingredients are and how something may be cooked. The staff is very helpful in this manner. They want every person who comes in to their establishment to enjoy their culinary arts. They will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Just ask.
