Everytime I go to this location there's always something going on. It was an old lady talking badly to other customers in the line and I didn't see any manager or anyone to stop the chaos.

Normally I had good experience in the past but this Ross made me disappointed. Apparently they had no employee to keep the fitting room open. They could at least open a door when you request them but no… apparently the ONLY stuff is too busy standing in one place to maintain the whole store..what a joke

I really love ross! its my favorite store to shop at! but i went to this location around 9ish pm so a hour before they closed. i had politely asked one of the attendants to show me the bathrooms and she was very adamant about how she was not working or not supposed to be working. im not sure but she made it very clear that she did not want to help me although she did anyway. it really just made me feel like a burden. i had noticed that the fitting rooms were closed and i typically shop at ross between 8-9 pm because thats when i have the most free time and all of the locations i go to closed their dressing rooms at 10 pm so i asked a different attendant if he could open the dressing room for me. he was very rude. when i first approached him, i said “excuse me sir” and he walked past me and said “OMG” while rolling his eyes. i followed him and asked if he could open the room for me and he said they were closed. i told him that i saw a woman in the dressing room a minute ago. he said she was the last one to go in. it made me very confused because it was only 9:15pm at this point and they didn’t close for another 45 minutes. i really just wanted to enjoy my time and try on some clothes instead of having to buy and return them. he was a tall man with blondish hair and glasses. when i asked the cashier what his name was, she hesitated and told me “jonathan” im not sure if that was his name but i’ll make it clear to management how rude their attendants were and how uncomfortable i felt. i work in customer service so i understand closing shifts but i would never treat a customer like that especially since it was over 40 minutes before closing time. anyways great selection of clothes but obvious unpleasant taste in employment.
