Buying an RV from Parris RV was great. They gave us a fair trade in value and the camper we bought had the best price in the country! So good that we drove all the way from North Eastern Colorado! Working with Cory was also very pleasant, he had everything ready to go when we got there. Thanks for a painless and straight forward buying experience!

Im writing this today because shane at Parris RV has restored my faith in not only buying online, but buying at Parris RV. We purchased a very nice used unit, and use it once and it had a serious problem. Upon receiving the letter I wrote to them, they PROMPTLY contact ME and bought the unit back for what we paid for it and put us in a different BETTER unit!! They did not have to do any of this, but did so out of wanting to satisfy a customer. I have no doubt that they will take care of anyone if you contact them directly. Thank you shane kramer for all you great help and customer service. Thank you Jake arrington for all you quick and efficient help also with the financing of the new unit. Parris RV has certainly earned my business and most of all my respect and faith that there are still businesses out there that believe in doing all that they can to satisfy the customer and make the experience the best they can. If your not using Parris RV your going to the wrong place......PERIOD. Thanks again Parris RV.

Team at Parris RV made a great 1st impression today. We picked up our 2023 Genesis Supreme Vortex 3317 VXL. We had no dealer prep’d 7way in our bed for 5th wheel. Ryan and his team had one and installed it with no issues/delays. They also installed my 5th wheel hitch and got us underway in no time. I wanted to say THANK YOU to all that made our purchase and pick up go flawless today!

My wife and I drive 3 hours to look at their trailers after spending many months looking fornone locally. We found the one we wanted! We agreed on a Thursday to make the purchase if they could have the trailer ready to go by Saturday, which they agreed to. Friday, the salesman (who wrote down the inventory number) called and asked which trailer we wanted. (?!?) First flag! When I told him "the one we were standing in when we said this is the one" he said, "Okay, the light one" and he said he would have it ready for hs to pick up before closing on Saturday. We drove our old trailer down on Saturday to trade it in and we arrived just before closing. When I toured the camper, it wasn't the one we selected but because of time constraints we took possession anyway. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE ELECTCAL AND THE FRIDGE! I almost feel Parris RV pulled anslight of hand on us knowing we wanted the camper quickly and intentionally swapped the one we wanted for the lot lemon. Be careful when purchasing from this company.
