This pharmacy made a grossly negligent and illegal error that ended up leaving me without essential medication with zero advance notice. On top of that, the manager I spoke to about my issue treated me with total contempt. Get your medicine somewhere else.

I had diarrhea last night good thing there is a near drug store near my place and they even have delivery which is so convenient for their customers. The medicine arrived in less than twenty minutes and even gave me some freebies!

The staff inside are very nice & you get your meds very quickly. I changed because of the delivery service, which was $5.00 & is now $7.50 my Neurologist suggested and going there 1X per month is better than two. That’s what I THOUGHT... I’m extremely Pro-Active when it comes to ordering my medication, I have to call myself due to my meds not being on the list for “Automatic Refills” Which also indicates~ I need my meds on TIME! Last month (9/20) I ordered my Medication @ 8:00am on Friday morning, as I knew the pharmacy would be closed Saturday and the next Monday. I would run out of my needed medications before this. At 4:30pm I called and spoke to someone who told me that I needed to be HOME and sign for my prescription which were still there and would be delivered before 6pm. I told her I’d NEVER Had to sign for my prescriptions before, they been left at my door at least 4 times and that I had Dinner plans @ 5:30 and would not be home, she could see the medication and knew I needed them before Monday. She suggested “I Stay home”. My Medication was NOT DELIVERED, however my Dr.’s were able to have them delivered On SATURDAY, after I called the operator and had them reached, luckily they were on call! Today (10/20) after calling the automated phone for 35 minutes . I had no choice but to call the operator. Nancy the operator, called the the automated number got the same ringing forever. She transferred me to a different number for them. The person answered “pharmacist” I explained that I’d been calling since 8, I needed to refill my prescriptions and the person who’d identified themselves as the pharmacist said “Our phone lines are down”. Ok, I still need my Medication, fine do you have your prescription number. I had four, she was more annoyed with each one. Then just told me they’d be ready sometime today, I asked to have them delivered and she literally”Ughhhed” me! Told me my prescriptions would be delivered this afternoon. Today at 4:55pm I called as my Medication had yet to arrive, was told the driver had them and was put on “hold, only to be hung up on. When I called back, the phone system must have gone “down” again?! I’m done with delivery, $7.50 isn’t worth them MAYBE delivering your order, They aren’t open on Saturday. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Hopefully they’ll show up tomorrow? Thanks for the GREAT C.S. Nancy!!
