The saleswoman (I wish I knew her name) was very knowledgable and helpful. Got us prepared for our hike at the National Park down the road. The Keen shoes she recommended have served me very well! No foot pain at all, and less knee pain than any shoe I've ever worn! I also recommend the smart wool socks.

We came to Gatlinburg on vacation.....first time ever!! I was in the market for a new pair of boots and the guy(I believe was Dan) was the best! He was easy to talk to, didn't pressure us to buy anything and was very knowledgeable about the boots. I have foot issues and he pointed me in the right direction as to what would well for me. I not only got a pair for myself but I also got my granddaughter her first pair. We left and ended up going back about 10 minutes later and getting hats...lol. I will definitely be back or shop online for more in the future. Thank you so much for your help and hospitality!!

This was one of my favorite stops during our honeymoon! Anne Marie was the most helpful to us while shopping for some new sandals, truly hands on and personable. I bought my new Tevas from her & we even came by the next day just to say hello and tell her how much I was liking the shoes! I originally came in wanting something different but she helped me find what was the best fit for my foot and didn’t let me leave with just anything! Awesome experience!
