amazing service called many tow companies but called superior and where he at the pickup location within 15 minutes. The dispatcher Kiana did a great job communicating. The driver Wayne was beyond amazing. Great service and very friendly

Let me start by saying if I could give 0 stars, I would but I have to at least one pick for google. My car was involved in almost a fatal car accident in which eventually caused the car to be on police hold. I was told by officers that my costs would be covered by the county but I had to foot the bill first. Imagine my surprise to see that this company wanted over $1000 for the few days that my car was there. One of the laws that Towing Company has to follow is that the customer has the right to an itemized billing list to ensure they know what they're being charged for. When I called for this towing company to provide said list, they first acted as if they didn't know what that was but then I was transferred to someone who told me that I wouldn't be getting said list because it has "personal information" on it? Yet, they sent me what they called a "Letter" but the man on the phone claimed that they don't send Bills which the "Letter" clearly was with no information. This company has extremely deceptive practices and does not follow state regulations regarding their business in order to protect consumers such as myself from situations such as this occurring. The fact that the Hollywood Police Department is partnered with them is an absolutely joke. There's nothing but chimps on telephones over there, you have to go in person to talk to a person with any ability to form complete sentences.
