My shoes got damaged by my dog. They were not too bad. One heal and inside the shoe. The guy charged me $79 and did only the heel part with marks in the leather used. He did absolutely nothing for the inside. He told me to buy a sole placement from a store. I am highly upset and a little bit confused. For the price I would think he would fix the shoes. I'm not a happy customer.

This MF is in the store at 520 and says he is closed. Refused to wait on me so I could pickup my shoes. I feel like throwing a brick through his window. I’ll never use this place again.

I didn’t even get an opportunity to work with them, as they hung up on me mid conversation. I asked if they could fix a zipper on a pair of boots same day and he just said no and hung up. I would 100% not recommend working with them.

Kinda expensive $25 per shoe for a one heel repair, just 2 shoes…not a pair, two shoes!
