My family and I were 3 hours away from home and in need of an emergency repair. I don't even know the name of the person that helped us. We were trying to figure out how we were going to get home so much that I don't even think we asked him. We were clearly in a position to be taken advantage of and prepared for it. Instead we were greeted by a great human being. Someone that actually cared to help other people. We made the 3 hour drive back home. The customer service was great! I was visiting from out of town, and chose them to do an oil change on my car based on some advertising about fast oil changes outside the store. They serviced the car quickly and efficiently, and gave me some insight into recent repairs that were done to my vehicle that still need to be addressed. Very pleased! Thank you Monro!
