A lot of fun things to do. Great adventure. Good for singles, couples, retreats or just the weekend.

What an ABSOLUTELY wonderful place. Ideally you take “the long way” hwy 70 in during the afternoon for GORGEOUS scenic sun setting views up the canyon, windy but worth it as you go through fun tunnels like you’re in Yosemite. Next Pass through the quiet quaint town of Quincy to stock up on any forgotten supplies and boom 10 minutes later you’re at the ranch. First; Wonderful staff; nice happy and fun. Next; Clean well equipped facilities with amazing meals and peaceful environments with countless activities like horseback riding, guided electric bicycle tours on the miles of trails around the property, fishing right on the property! And much more. I’ve been here 5 times now and every time it gets better as they’re always adding more things to make it sweeter it seems. But This place is A MUST visit if you’re a fan of peace, quiet, and nature but prefer the finer sides of life. They Even has a 220 plug right out front for my electric car to charge while I stay. Wifi for some movie downloads. A Stocked! fridge with all alternative variations of milks for oatmeal / coffee - fresh fruits! I could go on and on but I don’t want to sound scripted here. But seriously 5 star. Get out and enjoy this place you WILL NOT regret it. Great for the family or romantic getaway.

We just had a fantastic weekend at the Greenhorn Ranch. The scenery was beautiful, the people were friendly, and there was something to do every day. We stayed for 4 nights, Thursday through Monday, in one of the newly remodeled cabins. The room and bathroom were very clean and felt spacious. The food was excellent! Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner were buffet style with several delicious options for different diets and everyday was something different. We went on one or two horseback rides every day. Our wrangler was entertaining and never took us on the same trail. I loved how secluded and serene the trails were and the views were spectacular. When not riding horses, we spent time near the bar taking in the peaceful view or fishing in the pond. The bartender, Naomi, was awesome and made some of the best cocktails (the bloody mary!!). Karaoke was fun, skeet shooting was super fun. Bonus points to the new general manager, Jill Rivoli, for making us feel at home and creating an inviting and genuine atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back again next year! This place is a must!!

This was our second trip to the ranch and we already are looking forward to our next trip back! There was a new chef this visit and the food was excellent. The desserts were incredible! The wranglers are wonderful and very accommodating and looking to make your visit great. All the staff are friendly, cheerful, and out to make the ranch experience the best that they can. The setting is really peaceful and it is a very inviting environment to come and get away from it all.
